• 5 e2e tests: full pipeline, project analysis, grading, consistency
• 31 tests total (26 existing + 5 e2e), all passing

test: add e2e tests for full smell detection pipeline ... c298c83ebb

- Full pipeline: code -> analysis -> report -> grade
- Project-level analysis with multiple files
- Clean vs smelly code grading
- Consistency verification on re-analysis
- 5 e2e tests added (31 total)
