Village system (tiny buildings = services, roads = connections, citizens = requests)
Snow particle system (data fragments settling, drifting, swirling)
Shake mechanic (deploy/disruption event — everything gets disturbed)
Blizzard system (major incident — reduced visibility, services freeze)
