New: tests/e2e.test.js

  • 13 e2e tests: full CLI flow
  • init/add/done/list/stats/streaks/log
  • Templates + categories
  • Error handling: duplicates, non-existent, re-init

112 total pass.

- Multiple habits with different completion rates
- Templates and categories
- Error handling: duplicates, non-existent, re-init

13 new e2e tests. All 112 tests pass. Closes #9.
