feat: history, trends & export by zone (Closes #1) ... ae2bc88435

- bruit history [--zone <z>] [--days <n>] — trend chart with sparklines
- bruit export [--csv|--json] [--zone <z>] — export readings
- Daily averages, min/max/stddev calculations
- ASCII sparkline rendering
- 13 new history tests, 66 total passing
