- src/bounty.js: Full bounty hunting engine
  - 6 difficulty tiers (Trivial to Legendary)
  - 6 bug types with XP multipliers
  - 7 hunter ranks (Novice to Grand Exterminator)
  - Bounty claim and resolve workflow
  - Leaderboard builder with sorting
  - XP breakdown with type multipliers
  - ASCII leaderboard rendering
- 25 tests
