feat(#1): Alchemist engine — ingredients, recipes, transmutation, ASCII lab ... ca15cde3d2

- src/alchemist.js: Full code alchemist engine
  - 6 elements (fire to gold)
  - 10 code smell ingredients with potency/rarity
  - 5 transmutation recipes (refactor to golden code)
  - 5 quality grades (F to S)
  - Cauldron system with stability mechanics
  - RNG-based transmutation with difficulty
  - ASCII alchemist lab rendering
- 26 tests
