feat(#1): Casino engine — slots, blackjack, wallet, ASCII slot machine ... 005a2cbf90

- src/casino.js: Full casino engine
  - 7 slot symbols with weights and payouts
  - Slot machine with 3 reels and match detection
  - Full blackjack (deal, hit, resolve, bust, blackjack)
  - Wallet system with deposits and bets
  - 52-card deck with shuffle
  - ASCII slot machine rendering
- 29 tests
