feat(#1): Concert engine — instruments, notes, tempo, setlist, ASCII stage ... ee7b1ca869

- src/concert.js: Full code concert engine
  - 8 instruments mapped to file types
  - Function-to-note conversion (12 notes, 4 octaves)
  - 6 tempo markings from code complexity
  - Bug detection as wrong notes
  - Score generation and setlist builder
  - ASCII concert stage rendering
- 29 tests
