feat(#1): Cookbook engine — recipes, categories, meal planner, ASCII recipe cards ... 0663c5213f

- src/cookbook.js: Full code cookbook engine
  - 8 recipes (hello world to docker compose)
  - 6 categories (appetizer to beverage)
  - 5 difficulty levels (easy to master chef)
  - Search by name/tag/description
  - Filter by category/difficulty/tag
  - Meal planner with time/difficulty calc
  - ASCII recipe card rendering
- 25 tests
