feat(#1): coral reef engine — coral, algae, fish, bleaching, water quality, ASCII reef ... a945a2dcc2

- Coral: 5 types (branching/microservice, brain/monolith, fan/API gateway, soft/prototype, table/database)
- Polyp: endpoints with health/algae/symbiotic system, bleaching under stress
- Fish: 6 traffic types (clownfish/normal, pufferfish/spike, eel/websocket, surgeonfish/health check, shark/crawler, parrotfish/cache warmer)
- Water: temperature/CPU, pH/balance, salinity/network, pollution/errors, quality scoring
- Bleaching events (dependency exodus), reef keeper, biodiversity tracking
- ASCII reef cross-section with coral shapes and colony health
- 35 tests, all passing
