  • 6 puzzle types, 4 lock types, 5 tools with limited uses
  • Team system, clue discovery, timer, escape detection
  • 4 room themes (debug -> prod escape), ASCII room
  • 34 tests, all passing

- Puzzle: 6 types (logic, pattern, cipher, race condition, memory leak, config)
- Lock: 4 types (dependency, permission, build, review)
- Tool: 5 types (debugger, profiler, linter, test suite, log reader) with limited uses
- Team system with skill/energy, clue discovery from tools
- Timer countdown, escape detection (all puzzles + locks), failure on timeout
- 4 room themes (debug chamber -> prod escape), ASCII room view
- 34 tests, all passing
