feat(#1): Fashion engine — collections, runway, judges, trends, ASCII runway ... 724a591a78

- src/fashion.js: Full code fashion show engine
  - 6 fashion collections (minimalist to avant-garde esoteric)
  - 8 design pattern models (singleton to microservice)
  - 4 judges with different style weights
  - 5 trend levels (in to out)
  - Runway show scoring and ranking
  - Best/worst dressed awards
  - ASCII runway rendering
- 25 tests
