- Tower: 4 types (watchtower/monitoring, archer/security, mage/SRE, artillery/auto-mitigation)
- Garrison: 5 roles (knight/senior, archer/QA, mage/SRE, scout/monitoring, berserker/hotfixer)
- Siege: 4 engines (trebuchet/DDoS, battering ram/brute force, siege tower/multi-vector, sapper/zero-day)
- Dungeon: legacy code imprisonment with escape mechanic
- Alert system, treasury/gold, ASCII fortress view
- 41 tests, all passing
