feat(#1): Greenhouse engine — plants, care, growth, seasons, ASCII garden ... bd87a395de

- src/greenhouse.js: Full code greenhouse engine
  - 6 plant types (Sorting Succulent to Concurrent Creeper)
  - 6 growth stages (Seed to Legacy Oak)
  - 4 seasons (Spring to Winter) with growth/water modifiers
  - 4 care actions (Water=Tests, Sun=Docs, Prune=Refactor, Fertilize=Deps)
  - Plant growth system with health, quality, aging
  - Garden management with season cycling
  - Average garden health tracking
  - ASCII garden rendering with health bars
- 29 tests
