- src/potion.js: Full potion brewing engine
  - 12 ingredients (code smells as magical herbs)
  - 8 refactoring effects
  - 10 recipes with exact and custom matching
  - Potency and quality system
  - Rarity levels (common to legendary)
  - ASCII cauldron rendering
