feat(#1): Symphony engine — code-to-music, melodies, harmony, dissonance, ASCII score ... 4bd4d2262e

- src/symphony.js: Full code symphony engine
  - 7 musical notes with frequencies
  - 8 code element types mapped to notes
  - 6 dynamics (pp to ff)
  - 6 tempos (grave to prestissimo)
  - Line-to-note conversion with pattern matching
  - Function-to-melody with dissonance detection
  - Symphony composition with harmony scoring
  - ASCII sheet music rendering
- 25 tests
