feat(#1): Arena engine — developer battles, tournaments, combat moves ... cca6912186

- src/arena.js: Full battle arena engine
  - 10 combat moves (attacks, defense, heal, ultimate)
  - 4 fighter classes from git stats
  - Combat round with crits and damage calc
  - Full auto-battle with 20-round max
  - Tournament bracket generation
  - Full tournament runner with champion
  - ASCII battle rendering
- 25 tests
