feat(#1): Cookbook engine — code recipes, ingredients, difficulty, ASCII cards ... bce85a9842

- src/cookbook.js: Full code cookbook engine
  - 6 recipes (Extract Method, Design Pattern Stew, TDD Bread, etc.)
  - 5 difficulty levels with star ratings
  - 5 recipe categories
  - Tag-based search
  - Ingredient and step systems
  - ASCII recipe card rendering
- 25 tests
