feat(#1): Tarot engine — 22 Major Arcana, spreads, readings, ASCII cards ... dbc8a726e3

- src/tarot.js: Full developer tarot engine
  - 22 Major Arcana with upright/reversed meanings
  - 2 spread types (Past/Present/Future, Single)
  - Card draw with no duplicates in spreads
  - ASCII tarot card rendering
  - ASCII spread rendering
- 25 tests
