- src/bingo.js: Full bingo engine
  - 30 code review pattern detectors
  - Seeded 5x5 card generation
  - Pattern matching against code/diffs/PRs
  - BINGO detection (row, column, diagonal, full card)
  - Multi-player score tracking
  - ASCII bingo card rendering
- 28 tests
