feat(#1): Arcade engine — 8 games, tokens, high scores, ASCII cabinet ... f77ccccd30

- src/arcade.js: Full retro arcade engine
  - 8 imaginary arcade games across 8 genres
  - Token/coin system with insert/play
  - High score leaderboard with persistence
  - Genre filtering
  - Sorted high score table
  - ASCII arcade cabinet rendering
- 25 tests
