Cock-Pulse v1.0 — Scoring Engine

  • Pulse score 0-100 (activity 30%, health 30%, community 20%, freshness 20%)
  • Health levels: COQ FLOUFFANT to COQUILLE VIDE
  • Contributor classification (COQ/POU MAJEUR/POUSSIN/OEUF)
  • Burst detection for activity spikes
  • ASCII pulse bars + full report
  • Git data collection from local repos
  • 27 tests (42 total)
